NOW HIRING - Assistant Front of House Manager
BREW FISH BAR and EATERY has been serving freshly prepared American food in a fun and friendly atmosphere since opening in 2014. We've developed our reputation as a destination restaurant that our guests will return to again and again. Our guests are consistently impressed with our food and hospitality.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in high volume, full service restaurant along with the ability to understand direction, find solutions to issues as they arise, and the ability to follow through on projects to completion.
We are currently seeking front of house management, including:
- Assistant Manager
The Assistant Restaurant Manager leads the shift and the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties. The assistant manager will work with the management team to also assist with staffing and/ or any employee relations or guest issues/concerns during the shift.
- 1-3 Years of front of house management in a high volume, full service restaurant or equivalent supervisor / management experience will be considered.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and work within a team environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills: emailing, and editing files in Microsoft Office
- Prior leadership experience
